Why I chose Fletcher: I chose the Master of International Business program at Fletcher because it provides a personalized, specific learning experience for those seeking a career on the global stage. With a B.A. in International Affairs and an M.A. in Political Science, earning an MIB from The Fletcher School synthesized my previous accomplishments and provided a unique skill set I look forward to sharing with future employers. With the benefit of this education, I not only know how to make a business decision but also know how such choices have socio-economic, political and diplomatic implications when operating within an international context. Like you, I looked for the best possible program that would help me achieve personal goals and professional objectives. With an extremely talented student body and an extraordinarily supportive atmosphere, the choice to come to Fletcher could not have been any easier. It is with this in mind that after years of work in the field, the office, and classroom, it really was very exciting to find Fletcher and know that this is where so many personal accomplishments would culminate in an excellent graduate education. Relax, you're home at Fletcher!

On the international life I see for myself after Fletcher: In the years following my time at Fletcher, I see myself serving in a liaison capacity between countries and governments. While it is difficult to manage business initiatives in a foreign country, the real challenge is bridging one culture's traditions with another and finding success in the final product. By working to maintain multilateral relations in many different business arenas, I would be able to say my time at Fletcher was well spent.
