Camilo Mantilla, 2010, Colombia

Advisor to the Minister, Ministry of the Interior - Bogota, Colombia

Why I chose Fletcher: The comprehensive curriculum at Fletcher gave me cross-cutting tools to work on international affairs. It helped me understand the complexities of international issues and how they relate in different fields. I was able to learn from these fields and integrate them into the line of work I want to undertake in the future.

How I plan to use my experience at Fletcher to make a difference in the world: I want to engage international legal affairs and challenges in the global arena. I want my work to make an impact across borders and promote development, while making personal and professional contributions to the people, and countries that benefit from it.
