Join us for a roundtable and discussion with Bob Massie of the New Economics Institute; Emily Flynn and Mark Orlowski of the Sustainable Endowment Institute and Julian Agyeman, Tufts professor and Chair of the Department of Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning to learn about how Tufts can responsibly divest from fossil fuels.
Tufts Divest For Our Future started in the fall of 2012, and is pushing for Tufts to divest from the fossil fuel industry. Divestment is part of Tufts' social responsibility not only as an institution of higher education, but as a university that cares deeply about environmental sustainability and the future of its students.
